How do I request a refund?

The satisfaction of our members and future members is our primary concern, and we understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances that make it impossible for some students to continue with the program.

Before leaving, we want to make you aware of another option that may allow you to pursue leadership training while removing the obstacles that currently stand in your way. 

In response to many students who’ve had challenges, we’ve developed an Online Chapter into which many members have been transferred. The Online Chapter is the same as the program at your local campus, except that it can be fully completed online, at your convenience.

In addition, rather than a Chapter Advisor or Executive Board, you’ll be coached by a member of the staff at the National Office.

Participating in this program will enable you to receive the benefits you envisioned when you first signed up for the NSLS. It will also enable you to take a break when you need to do so, and proceed at your own pace through the program.

If instead, you prefer to move forward with a refund* rather than continuing with your leadership training, The National Society of Leadership and Success offers a full refund within 30 days from the initial payment. *Refund requests are unable to be processed within the first 24 hours after initial enrollment into the program.
