1. Double-check your packing slip against what arrived; sometimes items ship in separate boxes and land a day or two apart. Your induction kit typically includes your certificate,lapel pin, car decal, and induction t-shirt. While your graduation set (ordered separately) includes your cords, stole, and medallion. If you purchased the graduation set during enrollment, it will also include a leader t-shirt. Some schools use customized kits or graduation sets, so exact contents can vary by chapter.
2. Email our Member Experience team at support@nsls.org with name, chapter, your order number, and a picture of the item(s); we'll sort out a replacement or exchange right away.
3. Graduating soon? Let us know your ceremony date so we can prioritize getting the right regalia to you in time.
