I changed schools. How do I transfer my chapter?
Changing schools doesn't mean starting over. Your lifetime membership moves with you!
If you've already completed your induction steps and aren't pursuing an Advanced or Executive Leadership Certificate, you likely don't need to transfer at all, unless your original chapter has closed, in which case reach out and we'll get you set up at a new one.
1. Check whether your new school has a chapter. If it does, we'll connect your account so you can pick up your steps there.
2. No chapter at your new school? You can continue as a member of the Online Chapter and keep working toward induction from anywhere. Transferring to the Online Chapter is generally a one-way move, but if your situation changes, transferring back out can be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.
3. Email your Member Experience team with your full name, the email address on your account, your current chapter, and your new school name (or the chapter you'd like to transfer to) so they can make the switch on your account, and any progress you've already made carries over. If applicable, you can also transfer to the Online Chapter yourself using this transfer form.
