What is the National Virtual Induction Ceremony?

The National Virtual Induction Ceremony is a celebration of your achievement as a member of The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). Hosted live for inductees across the country, this ceremony brings members together to be recognized for their hard work and commitment to leadership development. All inducted members are invited to take part.

This is your moment to be recognized in front of a national audience of fellow leaders, alongside a network of over 2 million members from the nation's only accredited leadership honor society. Your family and friends are welcome to watch, so it's also a chance to celebrate this milestone with the people who supported you along the way.

How to Participate

1. Watch the Ceremony Live
The date and time of the next National Virtual Induction Ceremony will be announced soon. Once confirmed, you'll find the details and RSVP link here, along with a reminder in your inbox.

2. RSVP to Be Recognized
RSVPing gets your name included in the on-screen scroll of inductees, so your achievement is recognized in front of everyone watching. RSVPs typically open about two months before the ceremony.

3. What to Expect
The ceremony runs about 1 hour, followed by the scroll of inductee names, which takes 30 to 45 minutes depending on how many members are being recognized that day.

4. Access the Recording
Can't watch live? A recording is available starting the day after the ceremony, with access instructions emailed to everyone who RSVPs.

Missed the RSVP Deadline?

You can still:

  • Watch the live stream on the event day.
  • Access the recording starting the day after the event.

Names submitted after the deadline won't appear in the on-screen scroll, but you can still be a part of the celebration.

What happens if I can't access the viewing page?
The event takes place on an unrestricted landing page, so no login is required. If you run into technical issues, contact support@nsls.org.

Can my friends and family attend?
Yes. Once you RSVP, share the live stream link with the people who want to celebrate this milestone with you.

When will the recording be available?
Starting the day after the ceremony. Everyone who RSVPs will get an email with access instructions.

Email support@nsls.org before the RSVP deadline with the correction. Changes can't be made after that date.

Can I attend if I missed the RSVP deadline?
Yes, you can still watch the live stream. Your name just won't appear in the on-screen scroll.
