The National Online Chapter offers the enriching NSLS experience in a flexible, online chapter format tailored to your schedule. Members can access learning activities at their own pace, including Speaker Broadcasts and other Steps to Induction. A dedicated Advisor is available via email for guidance and support throughout the program.
The Steps to Induction are:
- Orientation: Kickstart your leadership journey with essential information.
- Leadership Training Day (LTD): Participate in an interactive session to unlock your potential.
- Speaker Broadcast Events: Learn from influential leaders across various fields.
- Success Networking Team (SNT) Meetings: Collaborate with peers to achieve your goals.
While you can take as much time as needed, completing the induction steps within a semester is encouraged. Most members become fully inducted in 10 hours or less.
