Media is most commonly used on the NSLS website, social media, emails, shop, presentations, and printed materials to showcase benefits and accomplishments. We recently saw you posted Media on your social media account tagging or representing the National Society of Leadership and Success (“NSLS”). NSLS would like to seek your permission to use the Media you posted on your account for our marketing and advertising purposes. If this is something you are agreeable to, please confirm by responding affirmatively to the message or comment from our team on Social Media. By granting NSLS this permission, you hereby confirm that you are over the age of 18 and grant NSLS, including its employees, agents, licensees, successors, and assigns, the right and permission to use your image, picture, likeness, voice, name, testimonial statements, and any aspects of your social media post (collectively the “Post”) whether in print, photograph, video, film, digital, digital images, or other media (the “Media”) you posted for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to promotions or advertisements for NSLS, and any other manner that NSLS may deem appropriate. You also give consent to NSLS to use, re-use, publish, and re-publish your Post in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other Media and within content that is copyrighted in NSLS’s name or otherwise. You understand that you are not entitled to and will not be compensated for or receive any remuneration for the use of your Post, except as otherwise stated by NSLS. You further understand that you have no rights in the Media or rights to review or approve any Media prior to its use.
After granting permission, you may request for the NSLS to stop using your Media in future promotions at any time by emailing the request and a screenshot of the Media to help@nsls.org.
