- When contacting our Member Experience team, be ready to provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange.

- Once the return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send the items back.
- Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the member unless the return is due to a defect or error on the part of the NSLS.
- Exchange Process:
- For exchanges, once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
- Members may be required to cover the cost of shipping for the exchanged item, depending on the circumstances of the exchange.
- Refunds:
- If a refund is requested, it will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
