Can I exchange or return my order?

If you need to exchange or return an order, we offer a straightforward process to ensure satisfaction.

  1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
    • Items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
    • Certain items, such as customized products, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
  2. Initiating a Return or Exchange:

    • When contacting our Member Experience team, be ready to provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return or exchange.
  1. Return Process:
    • Once the return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send the items back.
    • Shipping costs for returns may be the responsibility of the member unless the return is due to a defect or error on the part of the NSLS.
  2. Exchange Process:
    • For exchanges, once the returned item is received and inspected, the replacement item will be shipped to you.
    • Members may be required to cover the cost of shipping for the exchanged item, depending on the circumstances of the exchange.
  3. Refunds:
    • If a refund is requested, it will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take several days to process.
