Directions for requesting a product refund:
Merchandise refund requests must be accompanied by the original receipt. You can send the item back to us at the address below at your expense. Once we receive your package, we’ll process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy. The NSLS does not refund shipping expenses or shipping warranties and cannot provide refunds or exchanges for merchandise that is worn or damaged by the customer.

Credit Card Payments:
Credit card payments will be refunded in full to the credit card originally charged. There are no cash refunds for credit card payments.
Check Payments:
Refund checks will be mailed directly to your home address if the initial payment was submitted as a check. Please make sure your home address is correct on your member profile.
