An NSLS Presidential Member is a distinguished level of membership within The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS). To achieve Presidential Member status, members must fulfill specific criteria and demonstrate exceptional commitment to leadership development. Hereβs how one can attain this prestigious status:
- Academic Standing: Maintaining a strong academic standing is crucial. This involves achieving and maintaining a certain GPA, as determined by the NSLS chapter or institution.
- Completion of Capstone Leadership Program: Some chapters may require completion of a capstone leadership program or project that demonstrates practical application of leadership principles and skills.
- Recommendations and Endorsements: Members may need to secure endorsements or recommendations from faculty, advisors, or NSLS leadership to confirm their readiness for Presidential Member status.
- Completion of Steps to Induction: Once enrolled, Presidential Members will complete all steps of the NSLS induction process, including Orientation, Leadership Training Day (LTD), Speaker Broadcasts, and Success Networking Team (SNT) meetings. Once completed, you will receive a Presidential Member seal on your induction certificate.
Attaining NSLS Presidential Member status signifies a high level of achievement and dedication to leadership excellence. It opens doors to additional opportunities for personal and professional development, networking, and recognition within the NSLS community and beyond.
