What is the difference between a member and an inducted member?

Upon accepting their nomination to join The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), students gain access to the Members Area and a multitude of benefits, including personalized success coaching, access to inspiring speaker broadcasts, and the opportunity to apply for select scholarships. At this point, students are considered members (also known as pre-inducted members) of the NSLS.

However, the journey doesn't end there. A significant milestone is achieved when members take the next step and complete their Steps to Induction through our Foundations of Leadership program. This program is not just a course, but a transformative experience designed to unlock your full leadership potential and elevate your NSLS journey. It's a crucial step towards achieving full induction status in the NSLS. Learn more about the Steps to Induction here.

Becoming an inducted member unlocks exclusive privileges, such as receiving the induction kit, access to personalized letters of recommendation, and eligibility to apply for select inducted-only scholarships.
