Your username / Member ID is the primary email address provided during enrollment.
To reset your password, use the Forgot Password feature by entering your email address and following the steps you receive via email. Once logged in, you can always change your password again in your Member Profile.
Please note: The reset password link that you receive via email is only valid for 1 hour after you request it.
